It is with immense pride, gratitude, and ambition that I welcome you to R.N Enterprisea company built not only with brick and mortar, but with vision, values, and a bold determination to shape the future of infrastructure, indus try, and innovation in Bangladesh and beyond. When I founded R.N Enterprise in 2018 at just 23 years of age, I envisioned a company that could deliver world-class civil construction solutions while redefining the standards of excellence, sustainability, and economic impact. What began as a young entrepreneur’s dream has now transformed into a multidimensional organization known for its technical strength, modern capabilities, and trusted partnerships with major government institutions.

Over the past few years, R.N Enterprise has grown to become a nationally recognized name in civil engineering, land development, river dredging, building construction, road works, and canal excavation. Our reach and capabilities continue to expand, supported by a dedicated workforce of over 3,000 professionals, state-of-the-art equipment, and a robust management system committed to timely, high-quality project execution. However, I believe true leadership lies not in following a path-but in creating one. With that spirit, I have led the company into exciting new territories. One of our most ambitious undertakings is our entry into international maritime trade. We are in the advanced stages of acquiring an ocean-going bulk carrier, enabling us to participate in the global movement of commodities, connecting Bangladesh to markets across Asia, the Middle East, and beyond. This initiative is part of a larger vision to position R.N Enterprise as a global logistics and infrastructure conglomerate. But our future extends even further. Recognizing the tremendous opportunities in Bangladesh’s and the region’s industrial landscape, I am proud to share that we are now actively preparing to enter three strategic

manufacturing sectors: 

 Leather Industry: Plans are underway to establish a high-quality tannery and exportoriented leather goods manufacturing unit, aimed at serving global fashion, industrial, and retail markets. 

 Pharmaceutical Manufacturing: Leveraging my academic background in pharmacy, we will soon launch a modern pharmaceutical production facility that will meet stringent local and international quality standards, contributing to health security and economic growth. 7 

 Textiles & Garments: We are designing a vertically integrated textile and RMG (Ready-Made Garments) unit that will be equipped to handle everything from raw fabric production to finished garment exports, with a focus on ethical labor and environmental sustainability.

In addition to these expansions, I have recently established a new real estate and construction company named “Provista” in both Dubai and Bangladesh-a move that marks another significant milestone in my entrepreneurial journey. In Dubai, Provista Construction & Real Estate is flourishing rapidly, tapping into the region’s booming property development sector. The company is focused on delivering premium commercial and residential developments in the UAE’s highly competitive real estate market, and it has already earned praise for its efficient delivery model, innovative design philosophy, and strong client relations.

Simultaneously, Provista Bangladesh has been launched to transform urban landscapes through real estate solutions that blend architectural elegance with practical design. The focus is on modern housing developments, smart commercial spaces, and sustainable community planning-ensuring every project contributes to a better, smarter Bangladesh. Together, these ventures reflect my long-term mission: to evolve from a national infrastructure builder into a global enterprise architect-connecting continents through construction, trade, and industrial innovation.

As I look to the future, I am humbled by what we have achieved and energized by what lies ahead. I firmly believe that with discipline, integrity, and faith in people, we can create a legacy that transcends generations.
