Commander A T M Rezaul Hasan, BCGM, PCGMS, Retd) is a retired Naval Officer with 30 year’s experience in Administration, HRM, Operations, Procurement, Security, Intelligence and Training from Bangladesh Navy. He has vast experience in working at Special Security Force(SSF) as Deputy Director Protection and Intelligence and Armed Forces Division as GSO 2 Joint Operation (Navy) under Operations and Plans Directorate of Prime Ministers Office. He did a commendable service at Bangladesh Coast Guard (BCG) as Zonal (Area) Commander Dhaka Zone, Commanding Officer BCG Base MONGLA and Project Director of a JICA grant project. He achieved 2 prestigious awards BCGM and PCGMS for his outstanding operational and administrative performance within 02 years of his service at BCG. He has established his footprints at Dockyard and Engineering Works Ltd, Bangladesh Navy, Narayangonj as General Manager (Admin) and Deputy General Manager (Admin, Training and Welfare). He has also served 2 times with Multinational Forces and UN Units at UN Mission at Sudan and South Sudan as Boat Officer of Bangladesh Force Riverine Unit (BANFRU) 3 and Commanding Officer of Naval Special Force named Bangladesh Force Marine Unit (BANFMU) 7 MALAKAL.
Commander Hasan has a vast experience in corporate services after his retirement. He started this chapter with Green Power Ltd as Business Lead Advisor. His contribution in ensuring the company's business development through a remarkable financial gain during his service time. There after he contributed for Netro Bhuiyan Builders Ltd as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to make capable of doing high profile condominium project at Dhaka. He laid a strong foundation for smooth running of organization, administration, HR and project monitoring.
Prior to joining R.N Enterprise, Commander Hasan served as Director Portfolio and Brand Promotion of ION Live Science Ltd where he developed marketing strategy for their product and created a robust marketing management organization. Additionally, he has monitored the standard product quality is ensured for customers and smooth supply chain system is maintained.
In his current role, Commander Hasan will monitor the ongoing projects and occasionally meet with the top-level persons of project implementing authorities for smooth running of all projects. He will also look after the business development of this company by using links and connections in different sectors.
Commander Hasan completed Diploma in Project Planning, Development and Management (DPPDM) from National Academy for Planning and Development (NAPD). He is doing Commonwealth Executive MBA from Bangladesh Open University which will be completed by December 2026. Commander Hasan is specialist in Naval and Telecommunication. He has done number of professional courses from USA, Republic of Korea, Thailand and Maldives. He has visited almost 20 countries of the world. With unique combination of administrative leadership, management and network will make Commander Hasan a essential member of R.N Enterprise’s management team.
